The RUBI TRILLER is a lightweight and compact manual vibration device for large format tile. It is designed to avoid the generation of encapsulated air bubbles between the adhesive and the back of the ceramic tile. Facilitating, in this way, an ideal adhesion between adhesive and material. RUBI TRILLER is recommended, to a greater extent, in porcelain sheet installation work. Above all, in formats greater than 118 inches x 40 inches. It can also be used for the installation and correct fixing of uncoupling or waterproofing sheets.

The constant evolution of ceramic materials poses a challenge for professionals in the installation of ceramic tiles. With the arrival of porcelain stoneware, the hardness of the materials became the professional's main concern. Now, with the new productive processes, and with the consolidation of porcelain tiles as the most widely used material, as well as the growing presence of large formats or ceramic sheets, the main handicap is the difficulty in cutting ceramic tiles. This difficulty is the result of combining the hardness, thickness, surface finish and possible internal stresses of the material itself.

The SLIM CUTTER PLUS ceramic tile cutter is specially designed for cutting porcelain sheets with formats greater than 10ft x 3ft (300 cm x 100 cm) and with thicknesses of 1/8" to 3/8" on an inch (3 to 10 mm). The set consists of 3 guides of approx. 43" inches (110 cm); 1 scoring trolley handle with 7/8" of an inch(Ø22 mm) EXTREME roller (ref. 01901); 1 separating pliers; 3 fixing suction cups and a reinforced nylon carry bag. The guides are made of aluminum and are assembled to guarantee a perfect scratch, always .39" inches (1 cm) from the edge of the guide itself. The suction cups will help us fix the ceramic tile guide and prevent it from moving. The guides also have two silicone strips to help fixation. With a handle to facilitate the work, the scoring carriage mounts a 7/8" (Ø 22 mm) tungsten carbide roller with bearings, especially for those jobs with longer scratches.

Workbench for cutting and handling large format ceramic sheets using the tools in the Rubi SLAB SYSTEM product line. The extra reinforced aluminum bars give the SLAB TABLE high rigidity and great stability. Giving it a maximum load capacity of up to 550 lbs. This reduces the space needed for transport and storage to a minimum. Weighs 96 lbs.

For transporting ceramic sheets and large-format tiles with a maximum recommended size of 60x60" (150 x 150 cm). Suction cups with a safety indicator. Each suction cup, of 20 cm in diameter and with a high-load capacity, has an indicator that warns us in the event of a loss of suction. The suction cups have a protector to prevent damage during transport. With a maximum load capacity of 40 kg at their maximum length.
